XP11 compatibility until end of Q2/2021

I have changed my plans. ACVacars will be made compatible with XP11 before doing so with FS2020.
Too slow are the flight-sim progresses of FS2020. Could still take 1-2 years before true freighters appear in FS2020.

Because XPUIPC and Paul Henty's .NET framework are almost similiar to the P3D version, it does not need a completely new coded section in ACVacars.

Estimating to have ACVacars compatible with XP11 in around two months.
After that the following aircrafts will be included in the ACV fleet:

- Zibo Mod 737-800F
- iniSimulations A300-600F
- FFactor B767-300F
- FFactor B757-200F
- FlyJSim B737-200F
- FlyJSim B727-200F
- iniSimulations A310-300F (in dev)
- Rotate MD-11F (in dev)
